I think Sir Percy is the smartest, I mean he is the Scarlet Pimpernel! He uses his brain all the time like at the end of the book (which I will not spoil if you haven't read) he uses his brain if you know what I mean. It is actually pretty complicated to come up with that plan of his; Marguerite & Chauvelin would NEVER come up with something like that!
Oh, thats a hard one. I think all of them are smart but in a different way. Sir Percy is super smart though. Chauvelin is smart in an evil way. I am not quite for sure on that one. I am going to think about that.
